    Take-Home Loaf:
    You’ll prepare a loaf during class that you’ll take home to bake yourself. Sourdough bread requires time to ferment and develop its flavors, so we’ll guide you on how to store the dough overnight and bake it to perfection the following day. There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked bread filling your home!
